右侧前入路腹腔镜手术对远端胃癌患者淋巴结清扫数目及术后恢复情况的影响

Influence of Right Anterior Approach Laparoscopic Surgery on the Lymph Node Dissection Number and Postoperative Recovery in Patients with Distal Gastric Cancer

目的探讨右侧前入路腹腔镜手术对远端胃癌患者淋巴结清扫数目及术后恢复情况的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月我院收治的64例远端胃癌患者,根据入路方式不同分为两组各32例。观察组采用右侧前入路腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用左侧后入路腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组的淋巴结清扫数目、术后恢复情况及术后1年复发率。结果观察组的淋巴结清扫数目高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的下床时间、术后首次排气时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访1年,两组的复发率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论右侧前入路腹腔镜手术治疗远端胃癌患者的效果显著,可明显增加淋巴结清扫数目,有效促进患者术后恢复。

Objective To explore the influence of right anterior approach laparoscopic surgery on the lymph node dissection number and postoperative recovery in patients with distal gastric cancer.Methods 64 patients with distal gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with right anterior approach laparoscopic surgery,and the control group was treated with left posterior approach laparoscopic surgery.The lymph node dissection number,postoperative recovery and recurrence rate at 1 year after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The lymph node dissection number of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The out-of-bed time,postoperative first exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Following up for 1 year after surgery,no statistical significant difference was found in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Right anterior approach laparoscopic surgery has significant effect in the treatment of patients with distal gastric cancer,which can significantly increase the lymph node dissection number,and effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
