Objective To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer and the influence on the long-term survival rate of patients. Methods 35 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as control group, and treated with conventional radical hysterectomy.35 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as observation group, and treated with ultrasound-guided laparoscopic cervical cancer radical hysterectomy combined with high-intensity ultrasound coagulation technology. The treatment effect,long-term survival rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 85.71%,higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the 1-year survival rate and local recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The 2-year survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the local recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided laparoscopic cervical cancer radical hysterectomy combined with high-intensity ultrasound coagulation technology in the treatment of cervical cancer can improve the clinical effect and long-term survival rate, reduce the disease recurrence, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
