经脐单孔腹腔镜手术在梅克尔憩室患儿中的应用

Application of Transumbilical Single-Port Laparoscopic Surgery in Children with Meckel's Diverticulum

目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术在梅克尔憩室患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2016年7月至2019年6月我院收治的103例梅克尔憩室患儿,根据手术方式不同分为两组。观察组(52例)行经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组(51例)行常规开腹手术治疗。比较两组的手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间以及术后1 d、3 d的疼痛情况。结果观察组的手术时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,两组的FLACC评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后3 d,两组的FLACC评分均低于术后1 d,且观察组的FLACC评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗梅克尔憩室患儿效果显著,可有效缩短其手术时间及术后恢复时间,减轻其术后疼痛感。

Objective To explore the application effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery in children with Meckel's diverticulum.Methods 103 children with Meckel's diverticulum admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The observation group(52 cases)was treated with transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery,and the control group(51 cases)was treated with conventional open surgery.The operation time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time,and the pain at 1 day and 3 days after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).1 day after surgery,no statistical difference was found in the FLACC score between the two groups(P>0.05).3 days after surgery,the FLACC scores of the two groups were lower than those at 1 day after operation,and the FLACC score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of children with Meckel's diverticulum has significant effect,which can shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time,and reduce the postoperative pain.
