摘要 目的探讨重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)联合福辛普利钠治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将2018年1月至2020年8月我院收治的84例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者随机分两组各42例。参照组采用福辛普利钠治疗,研究组采用rhBNP联合福辛普利钠治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、血管内皮功能、心功能。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于参照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的ET-1、LVESD、LVEDD低于参照组,NO、LVEF高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论rhBNP联合福辛普利钠治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的效果显著,可有效改善患者的血管内皮功能及心功能,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)combined with fosinopril sodium in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods 84 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with fosinopril sodium,and the study group was treated with rhBNP combined with fosinopril sodium.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.24%,higher than 78.57%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ET-1,LVESD and LVEDd of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the NO and LVEF were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions rhBNP combined with fosinopril sodium in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure has significant effect,and can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function and cardiac function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
