血清Hcy联合U-mAlb检测在2型糖尿病肾病诊断中的应用价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析比较血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)联合尿微量白蛋白(U-mAlb)检测在2型糖尿病肾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年2月我院收治的169例2型糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,另选取同期我院收治的169例2型糖尿病患者作为对照组,比较两组的血清Hcy、U-mAlb水平,并绘制受试者ROC曲线,分析血清Hcy、U-mAlb单项及联合检测的诊断效能。结果观察组血清Hcy、U-mAlb水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。绘制ROC曲线显示,血清Hcy联合U-mAlb检测2型糖尿病肾病具有较高的诊断效能,血清Hcy、U-mAlb单项检测对2型糖尿病肾病具有一定诊断性能;联合检测AUC值、灵敏度、特异度均高于血清Hcy、U-mAlb单项检测。结论血清Hcy联合U-mAlb检测在2型糖尿病肾病中具有较高的诊断价值,可为后续临床治疗提供参考依据。 Objective To analyze and compare the application value of combined detection of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and urinary microalbumin(U-mAlb)in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 169 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 169 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.The serum Hcy and U-mAlb levels were compared between the two groups,The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined detection of serum Hcy and U-mAlb.Results The serum Hcy and U-mAlb levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the combined detection of serum Hcy and U-mAlb had higher diagnostic efficiency for type 2 diabetic nephropathy,and the single detection of serum Hcy and U-mAlb had certain diagnostic performance for type 2 diabetic nephropathy.AUC value,sensitivity and specificity of the combined detection were higher than the single detection of serum Hcy and U-mAlb.Conclusions The combined detection of serum Hcy and U-mAlb has higher diagnostic value in type 2 diabetic nephropathy,which can provide the effective basis for subsequent clinical treatment.
