含铋剂四联疗法对Hp感染患者血清炎性因子及免疫功能的影响

Influence of Bismuth-Containing Quadruple Therapy on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function of Patients with Hp Infection

目的探讨含铋剂四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染患者血清炎性因子及免疫功能的影响。方法选择2019年7月至2020年7月我院收治的76例Hp感染患者,随机将其分为两组各38例。对照组使用三联疗法,观察组使用含铋剂四联疗法。对比两组的炎性因子水平、免疫球蛋白水平、Hp清除率及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组的IL-6、TNF-α、IgG、IgA、IgM水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的IL-6、TNF-α、IgG、IgA、IgM水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的Hp清除率为94.74%,高于对照组的78.95%(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含铋剂四联疗法在Hp感染患者中有明显效果,可有效抑制炎性反应,调节机体免疫功能,提高Hp清除率。

Objective To explore the influence of bismuth-containing quadruple therapy on serum inflammatory factors and immune function of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods 76 patients with Hp infection admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group used triple therapy,and the observation group used bismuth-containing quadruple therapy.The inflammatory factor levels,immunoglobulin levels,Hp clearance rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the IL-6,TNF-α,IgG,IgA and IgM levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the IL-6,TNF-α,IgG,IgA and IgM levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate of the observation group was 94.74%,higher than 78.95%of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bismuth-containing quadruple therapy has significant effect in patients with Hp infection,which can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response,regulate the body immune function,and improve the Hp clearance rate.
