美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果及对其心功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Chronic Heart Failure and the Influence on Cardiac Function

目的探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病(CHD)合并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床效果及对其心功能的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月我院收治的120例CHD合并CHF患者,随机分为观察组(n=60)与对照组(n=60)。对照组采用曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用美托洛尔治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的心功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.33%,明显高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVEDD、LVESD水平明显降低,LVEF水平明显升高(P<0.05);观察组的LVEDD、LVESD水平明显低于对照组,LVEF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗CHD合并CHF的效果显著,可有效改善患者的心功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with chronic heart failure(CHF)and the influence on cardiac function.Methods 120 patients with CHD complicated with CHF admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The treatment effect and the cardiac function indicators before and after treatment were compared the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.33%,significantly higher than 78.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVEDD and LVESD levels of the two groups significantly decreased,and the LVEF levels significantly increased(P<0.05);The LVEDD and LVESD levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of CHD complicated with CHF has significant effect,and can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
