整合护理与阶段式护理对不孕症患者的效果对比

Comparison on the Effects of Integrated Nursing and Staged Nursing on Infertility Patients

目的对比整合护理与阶段式护理对不孕症患者的效果。方法选取2018年9月至2020年6月我院收治的150例不孕症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各75例。观察组采用阶段式护理,对照组采用整合护理。干预2个月后,比较两组患者的满意度及妊娠率。结果干预2个月后,观察组的满意度为97.33%,高于对照组的88.00%(P<0.05);观察组妊娠率为74.67%,高于对照组的54.67%(P<0.05)。结论与整合护理相比,阶段式护理更能提高不孕症患者的妊娠率,患者的满意度更高。

Objective To compare the effects of integrated nursing and staged nursing on infertility patients.Methods 150 infertility patients admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The observation group was given staged nursing,and the control group was given integrated nursing.After 2 months of intervention,the satisfaction degree and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 months of intervention,the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.33%,higher than 88.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 74.67%,higher than 54.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with integrated nursing,staged nursing can improve the pregnancy rate of infertility patients,with higher satisfaction degree of patients.
