“六心”优质护理模式对心力衰竭患者生活质量及自我护理能力的影响

Influence of Six-Heart High Quality Nursing Mode on Quality of Life and Self-Care Ability of Patients with Heart Failure

目的探讨“六心”优质护理模式对心力衰竭患者生活质量及自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月我院收治的心力衰竭患者86例,随机分为研究组和对照组各43例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组采用“六心”优质护理模式。比较两组患者的EHFSCB-9评分、满意度评分及MLH-FQ评分。结果护理后,研究组的EHFSCB-9评分明显低于对照组,护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的症状、身体活动、情感等生活质量评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“六心”优质护理模式可提高心力衰竭患者的自我护理能力与生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of six-heart high quality nursing mode on quality of life and self-care ability of patients with heart failure.Methods 86 cases of patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received six-heart high quality nursing mode.The EHFSCB-9 score,satisfaction score and MLH-FQ score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the EHFSCB-9 score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of symptoms,physical activity and emotion in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Six-heart high quality nursing mode for patients with heart failure can effectively improve the self-care ability and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
