摘要
目的探讨知信行健康教育模式在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的80例急性胰腺炎患者,随机平均分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用知信行健康教育模式。比较两组患者的疾病知识认知程度、遵医行为和护理满意度。结果观察组的疾病知识认知程度良好率为90.00%,高于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05)。观察组的合理饮食、遵医用药、定期复查、生活规律比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对护理人员态度、护理人员操作、健康教育满意度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论知信行健康教育模式可提高急性胰腺炎患者的疾病知识认知程度、遵医行为和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of knowledge-attitude-practice health education mode in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received knowledge-attitude-practice health education mode on the basis of the control group.The disease knowledge cognition degree,compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The good rate of disease knowledge cognition degree in the observation group was 90.00%,higher than 67.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The rates of reasonable diet,medication compliance,regular review and life rule in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of attitude to nursing staff,operation to nursing staff and health education,and the total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Knowledge-attitude-practice health education mode can improve the disease knowledge cognition degree,compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with acute pancreatitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
