摘要
目的探讨早期护理干预对呼吸衰竭重症监护患者康复的影响。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年6月收治的50例呼吸衰竭重症监护患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。比较两组患者的治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的32.00%(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸衰竭重症监护患者实施早期护理干预,能提升治疗效果,有效减少并发症发生,促进患者尽快恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of early nursing intervention on rehabilitation of intensive care patients with respiratory failure.Methods 50 intensive care patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The treatment effect and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,lower than 32.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early nursing intervention for intensive care patients with respiratory failure can improve the treatment effect,effectively reduce the complications,and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
