“信息化+跟踪式”健康教育对老年冠心病患者自我效能和睡眠质量影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Informatization+Tracking Health Education on Self Efficacy and Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨“信息化+跟踪式”健康教育对老年冠心病患者自我效能和睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月我院收治的120例老年冠心病患者,随机分为两组各60例。对照组采用常规健康教育模式,研究组在此基础上采用“信息化+跟踪式”健康教育。比较两组患者的慢性病自我效能量表(CDSES)、冠心病自我效能量表(CSES)、改良匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表(PSQI)评分及心血管不良事件发生情况。结果干预后1年,研究组的CDSES、CSES、PSQI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的心血管不良事件发生率为8.33%,明显低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论“信息化+跟踪式”健康教育可提升老年冠心病患者的自我效能感和睡眠质量,降低心血管不良事件发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of informationization+tracking health education on self efficacy and sleep quality of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received regular health education model,and the study group received informatization+tracking health education on this basis.The Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale(CDSES),Coronary Heart Disease Self-Efficacy Scale(CSES),modified Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results 1 year after intervention,the CDSES,CSES and PSQI scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the study group was 8.33%,significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Information+tracking health education can improve the self efficacy and sleep quality of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,which is worthy of promotion and application.
