VVST辅助预见性护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复的影响

Influence of VVST Assisted Predictive Nursing on Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

目的探讨容积粘度吞咽试验(VVST)辅助预见性护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月我院收治的60例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予VVST辅助预见性护理,比较两组患者护理前后的吞咽功能及并发症发生情况。结果护理前,两组患者的吞咽功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的吞咽功能评分均高于护理前,且观察组的吞咽功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为13.33%,明显低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。结论VVST辅助预见性护理可有效促进脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复,且并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of volum viscosity swallow test(VVST)assisted predictive nursing on rehabilitation of stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods 60 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given VVST assisted predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The swallowing function before and after nursing and the complications of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,no statistical difference was found in the swallowing function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the swallowing function scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the swallowing function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.33%,significantly lower than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions VVST assisted predictive nursing can effectively promote the rehabilitation of stroke patients with dysphagia,with lower incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
