术前护理质量评价对提高手术患者护理管理质量的影响

Influence of Preoperative Nursing Quality Evaluation on Improving the Nursing Management Quality of Surgical Patients

目的探讨术前护理质量评价对提高手术患者护理管理质量的影响。方法选择我院2019年7月至2020年7月的130例手术患者,按手术顺序分为对照组和实验组各65例。对照组实施术前常规护理,实验组在此基础上进行术前护理质量评价。比较两组患者的术前护理质量评价结果、术前护理知识知晓评分和护理服务满意度。结果实验组的手术部位标记执行率、术前检查结果齐备率、手术部位皮肤准备质量评分、术前饮食落实质量评分、术中用物准备质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术前护理知识知晓评分、护理服务满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强对手术患者的术前护理质量评价,能够提高手术患者术前护理质量和护理服务满意度,利于手术顺利进行。

Objective To explore the influence of preoperative nursing quality evaluation on improving the nursing management quality of surgical patients.Methods 130 surgical patients in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the surgical order equally.The control group was given routine preoperative nursing,and the experimental group was given preoperative nursing quality evaluation on this basis.The preoperative nursing quality evaluation results,preoperative nursing knowledge awareness score and nursing service satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The operation site marking implementation rate,preoperative detection result completion rate,operation site skin preparation quality score,preoperative diet implementation quality score and intraoperative article preparation quality score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative nursing knowledge awareness score and nursing service satisfaction degree of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Strengthening the preoperative nursing quality evaluation of surgical patients can improve the preoperative nursing quality and nursing service satisfaction degree,which is conducive to the smooth operation.
