运动康复护理方案对温针灸治疗膝关节半月板损伤关节镜成形术后康复进程的影响

Influence of Sport Rehabilitation Nursing Program on the Rehabilitation Process after Arthroscopy with Warm Acupuncture for Knee Meniscus Injury

目的分析运动康复护理方案对温针灸治疗膝关节半月板损伤关节镜成形术后康复进程的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月我院收治的62例膝关节半月板损伤患者,随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用运动康复护理方案。观察两组患者的膝关节功能恢复效果、VAS评分、LKSS评分、肌肉萎缩程度和ROM。结果观察组膝关节功能恢复有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的VAS评分、LKSS评分、肌肉萎缩程度和ROM比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组的VAS评分、肌肉萎缩程度降低,LKSS评分、ROM升高,观察组的VAS评分、肌肉萎缩程度低于对照组,LKSS评分、ROM高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗膝关节半月板损伤关节镜成形术后采用运动康复护理方案可加快患者膝关节功能康复进程,改善患者的疼痛程度。

Objective To analyze the influence of sport rehabilitation nursing program on the rehabilitation process after arthroscopy with warm acupuncture for knee meniscus injury.Methods 62 patients with knee meniscus injury admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group euqally.The control group received conventional nursing methods,and the observation group received sport rehabilitation nursing program.The recovery effect of knee joint function,VAS score,LKSS score,muscle atrophy degree and ROM were observed in the two groups.Results The effective rate of knee joint function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in the VAS score,LKSS score,muscle atrophy degree and ROM between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the VAS scores and muscle atrophy degree in the two groups decreased,and the LKSS scores and ROM increased(P<0.05);The VAS score and muscle atrophy degree of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the LKSS score and ROM were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sport rehabilitation nursing program can accelerate the rehabilitation process of knee joint function after arthroscopy with warm acupuncture for knee meniscus injury,and improve the pain degree of patients.
