新时代学校体育工作改革视域下大学与中学体育教学衔接评价体系构建研究

Construction of Evaluation System of PE Teaching Convergence between University and Middle School

大学与中学体育教学的高质量衔接是培育学生体育素养、提升体育育人功能的关键,科学有效的评价体系的构建,能从评价与监督的维度促进大学与中学体育教学衔接。从问题解析入手,通过两轮特尔菲法的指标筛选,构建大学与中学体育教学衔接的评价体系,并用AHP法确定指标权重。该体系包括顶层设计、管理、课程、教学4项一级指标,指导思想、资源配置、政策支持、投入、课程目标、课程内容、教学大纲、教学过程、教材和考核标准10项二级指标,以及与之相对应的27项三级指标。通过对所构建评价体系的衔接评价效果、信度与效度进行检验,证明其具有较高的可靠性与实用性,能够作为对大学与中学体育教学衔接进行评估的定量分析工具。在此基础上,提出大学与中学体育教学衔接的相关建议,认为推进大学体育与健康课程标准的研究与构建以优化衔接结构,搭建大学与中学体育教学衔接交流平台,加强大学与中学体育教师教研、学习与交流,推进体育纳入高考必考科目,加强对学校体育教学的督导与巡查等,以期促进我国学校体育的改革与发展。

The high quality connection of physical education teaching between university and middle school is the key to cultivate students’physical quality and enhance the function of physical education.The construction of scientific and effective evaluation system can promote the connection of physical education teaching between university and middle school from the dimension of evaluation and supervision.Starting from the analysis of the problems existing in the connection of college and middle school physical education teaching,we constructed the evaluation system of the connection of college and middle school physical education teaching through two rounds of Delphi index screening,and determines the weight of each index at all levels with AHP method.The system included four first level indicators of top-level design,management,curriculum and teaching,10 second level indicators of guiding ideology,resource allocation,policy support,investment,curriculum objectives,curriculum content,syllabus,teaching process,teaching materials and assessment standards,and 27 corresponding third level indicators.Through the test of the evaluation effect,reliability and validity of the constructed evaluation system,it is proved that it has high reliability and practicability,and can be used as a quantitative analysis tool to evaluate the connection between university and middle school physical education.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the connection of university and middle school physical education that we should promote the research and construction of university physical education and health curriculum standards to optimize the connection structure,build a platform for the connection and exchange of university and middle school physical education,strengthen the teaching research,learning and exchange of university and middle school physical education teachers,promote sports into the compulsory subjects of college entrance examination,and strengthen the supervision of school physical education supervision and inspection and other measures are effective ways to promote the convergence of college and middle school physical education,so as to promote the reform and development of school physical education in China.
