中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆及针刺对急性胃肠炎患者症状的影响

Effect of Chinese medicine hot yanbao combined with auricular point pressing bean and acupuncture on symptoms of patients with acute gastroenteritis

目的探讨中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆及针刺对急性胃肠炎患者症状的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2020年11月就诊于某院的86例急性胃肠炎患者,根据不同干预方法分为对照组与观察组各43例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆及针刺等中医护理干预。对比两组患者症状改善时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分与康复效果。结果观察组腹泻、呕吐、腹痛症状改善时间为(16.68±4.22)h、(14.28±3.50)h、(21.39±5.63)h,短于对照组的(20.87±5.01)h、(19.97±5.77)h、(28.49±6.11)h;干预3 d后,观察组VAS疼痛评分(1.62±0.47)分,低于对照组的(2.28±0.49)分;干预3 d后,观察组康复总有效率97.67%,高于对照组的81.40%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆及针刺干预可促进急性胃肠炎患者腹泻、呕吐等症状的改善,减轻疼痛症状,增强其身心康复效果。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot yanbao combined with auricular point pressing bean and acupuncture on the symptoms of patients with acute gastroenteritis.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute gastroenteritis admitted to one hospital from December 2018 to November 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group according to different intervention methods.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Compared the symptom improvement time,visual analogue scale(VAS)pain score and rehabilitation effect between the two groups.Results The time of improvement of diarrhea,vomiting and abdominal pain in the observation group was(16.68±4.22)h,(14.28±3.50)h,(21.39±5.63)h,shorter than that in the control group(20.87±5.01)h,(19.97±5.77)h,(28.49±6.11)h.After 3 days of intervention,the VAS pain score of the observation group was(1.62±0.47),which was lower than that of the control group(2.28±0.49).After intervention for 3 days,the total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(81.40%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine hot yanbao combined with anricular point pressing bean and acupuncture intervention can promote the improvement of diarrhea,vomiting and other symptoms in patients with acute gastroenteritis,relieve the pain symptoms and enhance the physical and mental rehabilitation effect.
