矮小症患儿生长激素激发试验的留置针采血成功率现状及影响因素研究

The success rate of indwelling needle blood collection in growth hormone stimulation test of short stature children and its influencing factors

目的调查矮小症患儿生长激素激发试验的静脉留置针采血成功率现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用便利取样,从2018年1月—2019年8月选取219例行生长激素激发试验矮小症患儿,结局指标为采血成功率。结果生长激素激发试验矮小症患儿静脉留置针采血成功率为51.5%。单因素分析结果示,采血成功率差异存在于不同年龄、年龄分组、体重、身高、BMI分组、手臂围、护士年资、留置部位(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果示,采血成功率的影响因素包括手臂围、护士年资及留置部位(P<0.05)。结论生长激素激发试验静脉留置针采血成功率整体处于中等水平,注重儿科低年资护士的技能培训、矮小症患儿营养的提升及留置部位的合理选择,从而有可能提高采血成功率,提高矮小症患儿的住院体验及科室护理质量。

Objective To investigate the success rate and influence factors of intravenous catheters in children withshort stature and growth hormone stimulation test.Methods A totle of 219 short staturechildren with growth hormone stimulation test were selected from January 2018 to August 2019 by convenient sampling,and the outcome index was the success rate of blood collection.Results The success rate of intravenous catheters in short staturechildren with growth hormone stimulation testwas 51.5%.The results of univariate analysisshowed that the differences in success rate of blood collection were found in different age,age group,weight,height,BMI group,arm circumference,nurse′s seniority and indwound-position(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that the influencingfactors of the success rate of blood collection included arm circumference,nurse′s seniority and indwelling site(P<0.05).Conclusion The success rate of blood collection with intravenous indwelling needle in the growth hormone stimulation test was generally at a medium level.More attention should be paid to the skills training of pediatric nurses with low seniority,the improvement of short staturechildren’s nutrition and the reasonable selection of the indwelling site,so as to improve the success rate of blood collection,the hospitalization experience of short staturechildren and the quality of nursing in the pediatric department.
