摘要
众创社区是集载体、人才、服务、生活等为一体的复杂创新创业生态,在促进科技成果转化、创业企业培育和产业孵化中发挥重要作用.以众创社区为评价对象,从产业基础、科技基础、建设绩效和社会贡献等四个维度构建众创社区绩效评价指标体系,并建立灰色-层次面板数据关联模型对江苏省众创社区绩效问题进行研究分析,为地方政府众创社区建设和发展提供理论参考.
Mass innovation community is a complex innovation and entrepreneurship ecology integrating carrier,talent,service and life.It plays an important role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the cultivation of entrepreneurial enterprises and industrial incubation.Taking the mass innovation communities in Jiangsu Province as the evaluation object,this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of mass innovation community with the four dimensions of industrial foundation,scientific and technological foundation,construction performance and social contribution.Then the grey-hierarchical panel data correlation model is constructed to analyze the communities’ performance,so as to provide theoretical reference for the construction and development of local communities.
