台湾地区“阅读起步走”计划推广十年:成效、困境与展望

Taiwan District's"Bookstart"Program in Recent Ten Years:Achievements,Difficulties and Prospects

台湾地区“阅读起步走”计划是我国较早推行的针对0—5岁婴幼儿的阅读推广计划,全面推广至今已十年有余。文章采用文献研究法,从执行情况、主要困境、未来展望等方面对“阅读起步走”婴幼儿阅读推广计划发展情况进行研究,认为未来该计划需要重点关注成效评估机制与追踪机制的建立、户籍壁垒的破除、特殊群体的需求、与其他机构的深度合作等方面。

The Bookstart program of Taiwan district is an early reading promotion program for 0-5-year-old Infant and young children in China,which has been promoted for more than 10 years.This article uses literature analysis method to summarize the research results of the Bookstart program of Taiwan district in recent ten years from the aspects of implementation,main dilemmas,and future prospects,and believes that in the future the plan needs to be focused on the establishment of the effectiveness evaluation mechanism and tracking mechanism,the removal of household registration barriers,the needs of special groups,and the in-depth cooperation with other institutions,etc.
