摘要
以玉米须和玫瑰茄为主要原料,制作无糖复合饮料。通过单因素和正交试验,确定玉米须的最佳浸提条件及复合饮料的最佳配方。结果表明:玉米须提取液最佳浸提条件为料液比1∶50、提取温度95℃,提取时间120 min,玉米须玫瑰茄复合饮料的最佳配方为玉米须添加量60%、玫瑰茄提取液添加量40%、木糖醇5%,甜菊糖苷0.015%。
The sugar-free compound beverage was made with Corn Silk and Hibiscus sabdariffa as main materials.The optimum extraction conditions of Corn Silk and the optimum formula of compound beverage were determined by single factor and orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of Corn Silk extract were solid-liquid ratio of 1∶50,extraction temperature of 95℃,extraction time of 120 min.The optimal formula of Corn Silk and Hibiscus sabdariffa compound beverage was 60%Corn Silk,40%Hibiscus sabdariffa extract,5%xylitol and 0.015%stevioside.
