摘要 本文以豇豆中的灭蝇胺残留量为研究对象,样品经过乙腈提取,QuEChERS Clean-up Kit净化包净化,采用LC-MS/MS多反映监测正离子模式测定,外标法定量。在0.02~1μg/mL浓度范围内呈现出良好的线性关系。在三个添加水平范围内(0.04,0.4,0.8 mg/kg)灭蝇胺在豇豆中的平均回收率为95.7%~97.9%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~4.21%,定量限(LOQ)为0.02 mg/kg。该方法灵敏度高,快速,准确,适用于豇豆中灭蝇胺的检测。 The residues of cyromazine residues in cowpeas were studied by QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS solvent extraction method in this paper.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by QuEChERS Clean-up Kit,then analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS with multiple-reaction monitoring(MRM)under positive ion mode of electrospray ionization.All the analytes were quantified by the external standard.The results showed that the good linearity was achieved in the range of 0.02~1μg/mL for cyromazine.Average recoveries of cyromazine in cowpeas(0.04,0.4,0.8 mg/kg)ranged from 95.7%~97.9%with relative standard deviations from 1.1%~4.21%.The limit of quantification was 0.02 mg/kg.This method was sensitive,accurate,rapid and applicable to the determination of cyromazine in cowpeas.
