摘要
玻璃熔融法是X射线荧光光谱分析的一种样品预处理技术,熔融剂的选择尤为重要,本文针对脱硝催化剂的成分特征,分别使用偏硼酸锂、四硼酸锂、混合熔融剂与脱硝催化剂混合后熔融,制得可用于X射线荧光光谱仪测试的玻璃片。结果显示,采用m(Li_(2)B_(4)O_(7))∶m(LiBO_(2))=67∶33的混合熔融剂制得的样片无气泡或未熔小颗粒,下表面为平整光滑的均匀玻璃体,符合测试要求。
Glass melting method is a kind of sample pretreatment technology for X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analysis,and the selection of melting agent is particularly important.In this paper,according to the composition characteristics of denitration catalyst,lithium metaborate,lithium tetraborate,mixed melting agent and denitration catalyst were used to melt respectively to prepare glass sheet for X-ray fluorescence spectrometer test.The results show that the sample prepared with m(Li_(2)B_(4)O_(7))∶m(LiBO_(2))=67∶33 has no bubbles or small unmelted particles,and The lower surface is a smooth and uniform vitreous body,which meets the test requirements.
