摘要
目的:建立SPE-UPLC法同时检测制药企业污水中头孢唑肟、头孢克肟、头孢硫米、头孢唑林等7种头孢类抗生素的方法。结果:头孢唑肟、头孢克肟、头孢硫米、头孢唑林、头孢地嗪、头孢呋辛、头孢西丁含量测定达到纳克痕量检测级别(检测限分别为50,160,40,100,20,60,120 ng·L^(-1))。七种抗生素的线性R^(2)>0.999),平均回收率大于82.2%,回收率变异系数在3.19~9.12的范围内。结论:七个组分完全分离,检测成本低,能够满足制药企业污水处理抗生素水质测定。
Objective:To establish a SPE-UPLC method for simultaneous determination of 7 kinds of cephalosporin antibiotics,including ceftizoxime,cefixime,ceftizoxime and cefazolin in wastewater from pharmaceutical companies.Results:The method corresponds the nanogram trace detection level(the detection limits were 50,160,40,100,20,60,120 ng·L^(-1) respectively).The linear R^(2) of seven antibiotics was greater than 0.999.The average recovery rate was greater than 82.2%,and the CV of recovery rate was in the range of 3.19~9.12.Conclusion:The seven components are completely separated and the detection cost is low,which can meet the determination of antibiotics in wastewater treatment of pharmaceutical enterprises.
