玫瑰茄提取物中羟基柠檬酸的含量测定

Determination of Hydroxycitric Acid Content in Hibiscus Sabdariffa L.Extract

目的:建立HPLC法测定玫瑰茄提取物中羟基柠檬酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法检测,色谱条件AgilentTC‐C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为V(0.1%磷酸)∶V(甲醇)=99∶1,流速0.8 mL/min,采用DAD二极管阵列检测器,检测波长210 nm。结果:羟基柠檬酸在0.2512~5.024μg(R^(2)=0.9994)范围内线性良好,平均回收率99.69%,RSD为1.90%。结论:该方法简便、准确、精密度好,可用于玫瑰茄提取物中羟基柠檬酸的含量测定。

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of hydroxycitric acid content in Hibiscus sabdariffa L.Extract by HPLC.Method:HPLC with Agilent TC-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),column temperature 30℃,mobile phase 0.1%phosphoric acid-methanol(99∶1),flow rate 0.8mL/min,and DAD diode array detector with detection wavelengtH_(2)10nm.Results:The linearity of hydroxycitric acid was good in the range of 0.2512~5.024μg(R^(2)=0.9994)with a mean recovery of 99.69%and RSD of 1.90%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and precise,and can be used for the determination of hydroxycitric acid in rosemary extract.
