摘要
霉菌的生长及代谢产物会对建筑物本身和人类身心健康产生不利影响。本文综述了国内外学者在建筑物霉菌研究领域的相关研究,阐明了建筑物中霉菌的危害和生长机理,对重庆湿热地区的气候环境特征进行了分析。研究表明,湿度是影响霉菌生长的重要因素,提出从建筑物设计、施工、使用等阶段应采取的相应防治措施。在控制湿度的条件下可有效防治建筑物霉变,本文为建筑物霉菌防治提供了有益参考。
The growth and metabolites produced of mold can have a detrimental effect on the building and on human physical and mental health.This review summarizes the relevant research in the field of building mold,clarifying the hazards and growth mechanisms of mold in buildings,and analyzing the climatic and environmental characteristics of Chongqing's hot and humid regions.The research shows that humidity is an important factor influencing the growth of molds.It presents the prevention and control measures that should be taken from the design,construction and use stages of the building.This article provides useful references for the prevention and control of mold in buildings,which can be effectively prevented under controlled humidity conditions.
