随着炼化企业数字化信息化技术的高速发展,企业对设计软件的应用逐渐深入,对设计质量要求不断提升。本文针对Intergraph Smart3D软件中部分模型的螺栓垫片缺失原因进行分析,提出一种自动检测并生成螺栓垫片缺失数据的方案,以达到提高软件管理员工作效率、加快项目进度、提升模型质量的目的。

With the rapid development of digital information technology in refining and chemical enterprises,enterprise's application of design software is gradually deepening and the requirements for design quality continue to increase.This paper analyzes the reasons for the missing bolts and gaskets in Intergraph Smart3D software,raising a method to detect and generate missing data for bolts and gaskets automatically,In order to achieve the purpose of improving the work efficiency of the software administrator,speeding up the project progress,and improving the quality of the model.
