加氢装置中仪表阀门的材料选择

Material Selection of Instrument Valve in Hydrogenation Unit

加氢装置是一类重要的炼油装置,反应过程既存在高温高压,也存在氢腐蚀和硫化氢腐蚀,对装置内的仪表阀门比较苛刻。本文对常用的金属材质进行介绍分析,并结合加氢装置的特点,对不同位置的阀门选材给出建议。

Hydrogenation unit is an important oil refining unit.There are not only high temperature and high pressure,but also hydrogen corrosion and hydrogen sulfide corrosion in the reaction process,which is harsh to the instrument valves in the unit.This paper introduces and analyzes the commonly used metal materials,and puts forward suggestions on the material selection of valves at different positions in combination with the characteristics of hydrogenation unit.
