绝热式固定床反应器的设计与优化

摘要 对绝热式固定床的优化设计计算得出绝热式固定床反应器的型式径向反应器优于轴向反应器,反应段数以二段为优;相同催化剂用量下,以加工1 t乙苯为基准,使用二段床层,径向反应器比轴向反应器经济效益要高出36元;在这一条件下,径向反应器的出口转化率高出约2.9%,选择性高出0.2%,苯乙烯的收率约增加2.98%。从操作参数对经济性的影响来看,选择性和转化率对经济性的影响最大,转化率每提高5%,经济效益约增加41元,反应选择性的增加对经济性的影响最大,选择性每增加1%,经济效益约提高76元。 The optimal design of adiabatic fixed bed reactor shows that the radial reactor is better than the axial reactor,and the number of reaction sections is two;Under the same amount of catalyst,the economic benefit of radial reactor is RMB 36 higher than that of axial reactor based on the processing of 1 ton of ethylbenzene and the use of two-stage bed;Under this condition,the outlet conversion of radial reactor is about higher than 2.9%,the selectivity is higher than 0.2%,and the yield of styrene is higher than 2.98%.From the impact of operating parameters on economy,selectivity and conversion have the greatest impact on economy.For every 5%increase in conversion,the economic benefit will increase by about RMB 41,and the increase in reaction selectivity has the greatest impact on economy.For every 1%increase in selectivity,the economic benefit will increase by about RMB 76.
