The historical evolution of the labor education policy of the Communist Party of China in the past century shows that there are five values of serving for political mobilization,serving for production and construction,serving for class struggle,serving for economic development,and serving for quality education.The centuries of changes in the labor education policy of the Communist Party of China present a threefold picture of labor education adjustment with the change of external conditions,lack of internal compatibility between labor and education,and a roundabout process of labor education policy advancement.The ways of in-depth advancement of the labor education policy of the Communist Party of china in the new era include:the construction of a socialist labor justice view to correct the alienation of labor education;a sound labor education theory building to guide the healthy development of labor education practice;construction of an all-round labor education implementation form,to lead students to develop comprehensively and freely.
