摘要
师生关系属于社会关系的一种特殊形态,其与技术更迭引发的社会变革紧密相关,呈现出鲜明的时代特征。在以人工智能、5G等新技术为支撑的人工智能时代,师生关系构建面临着新的现实挑战:教学空间过度曝光诱发师生隐私侵权,师生角色失位导致主体间教育功能弱化,师生信息素养错位引发认知偏差,师生情感互动缺失招致关系淡漠。人工智能时代师生关系构建应关注四个方面:完善教学空间隐私风险监测与问责体系,构建以育人为本的师生角色偏差调节机制,关注指向认知改善的师生信息素养教育,创设落位情感浸润的师生智适应对话场域。
The relationship between teachers and students is a special form of social relations,which is closely related to the social changes caused by technological changes,showing the distinctive characteristics of the times.In the era of artificial intelligence supported by new technologies such as artificial intelligence and 5 G,the construction of teacher-student relationship is faced with new practical challenges:firstly,the excessive exposure of teaching space induces privacy infringement of teachers and students;secondly,the loss of the role of teachers and students leads to the weakening of educational function between subjects;thirdly,the cognitive bias is caused by the dislocation of teachers’and students’information literacy;and fourthly,the lack of emotional interaction between teachers and students leads to the indifferent relationship.In the intelligent era,the construction of teacher-student relationship should focus on the following aspects:improving the system of privacy risk monitoring and accountability in the teaching space,constructing the education-oriented adjustment mechanism of teacher-student role deviation,focusing on the information literacy education with pointing to cognition improvement for teachers and students,and creating a field of teacher-student intelligent adaptation dialogue with falling on the emotional infiltration.
