摘要
发展职业本科教育是构建现代职业教育体系和新技术革命的内在要求,也是满足人民群众对更高层次职业教育的热切期待。从当前职业本科教育试点过程中呈现的合办、升格、转设、转型四条路径来看,或多或少还存在诸多困惑与问题。要真正使这些工作行稳致远,还需要倡导基于证据和多重立场的试点政策研究,加大国家急需专业的本科职业大学布局,积极引导应用型本科高校向职业类大学转型,制订体现人才培养全过程的相关制度标准,明晰职业本科教育人才培养规格定位,推动职业本科大学治理体系现代化。
The development of vocational undergraduate education is not only the internal requirement of building a modern vocational education system and new technological revolution,but also meets the people’s ardent expectation of higher-level vocational education.From the four paths of co-operation,upgrading,transformation and transmutation in the current pilot process of vocational undergraduate education,there still exist many puzzles and problems more or less.In order to really make these work stable and far-reaching,we also need to advocate pilot policy research based on evidence and multiple positions,increase the layout of undergraduate vocational universities urgently needed by the country,try to attract application-oriented undergraduate universities to transform into vocational universities,formulate relevant system standards reflecting the whole process of talent training,and clarify the specification and positioning of talent training in vocational undergraduate education so as to promote the modernization of the governance system of vocational undergraduate universities.
