摘要
提升人才培养质量,促进学生全面发展,是高职教育的根本任务。学习干预是促进个性发展、优化学习过程、提高学习效果的重要手段。从新时期教育理念引领高职教育发展、实践国家政策指导下的高职教育改革、助力学生核心素养提升、实现规模化与个性化共同发展等方面考察发现,学习干预对于提高高职教育质量具有积极作用。高职学习干预应以比格斯3P教学模型为基础,构建全过程、全要素协调促进的干预机制,发挥教师主导作用、增强导学助学能力,重视数据应用、保障个性化服务水平,开展广泛合作,通过提高信息技术应用能力,促进学习干预水平不断提升。
It is the fundamental task of higher vocational education to improve the quality of talent training and promote the all-round development of students.Learning intervention is an important means to promote personality development,optimize learning process and improve learning effect.It is found out that learning intervention plays a positive role in improving the quality of higher vocational education by investigating such aspects as guiding the development of higher vocational education in the new era,practicing the reform of higher vocational education under the guidance of national policies,helping students improve their core literacy,and realizing the common development of large-scale and personalized education.In higher vocational learning intervention we should be based on Biggs 3 P teaching model to build an intervention mechanism for the coordination and promotion of the whole process and all elements,give play to the leading role of teachers,enhance the ability of guidance and assistance,pay attention to data application to ensure personalized service level,carry out extensive cooperation and promote the continuous improvement of learning intervention level by improving the application ability of information technology.
