食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的定性检测能力验证结果与分析 被引量:3

摘要 为提升实验室检测人员的检验水平,加强对特殊菌落的鉴定能力,扩大实验室影响力,增强实验室市场竞争力。根据中国检验检疫科学研究院提供的能力验证作业指导书,以及国家标准GB 4789.10-2016《食品微生物学检验金黄色葡萄球菌检验》,实验室对能力验证两份样品进行金黄色葡萄球菌的定性检测。检测过程通过荧光定量PCR扩增辅助检定,确定两份样品中,样品20-P 282检出金黄色葡萄球菌,样品20-Q 642未检出金黄色葡萄球菌,而在培养法中发现样品20-P282在血平板上生长特性与国家标准GB 4789.10-2016中描述的不一致。本次实验室的能力验证结果为"满意",验证了实验室对金黄色葡萄球菌的检测能力。在针对特殊菌落的检测时,采用国家标准法检测的同时,可配合使用分子生物学检测方法——实时荧光定量PCR,以确保实验结果的准确性,降低漏检的可能性。 To improve the detection ability of laboratory,Strengthen the ability to identify the special colonies,expand laboratory influence and enhance competitiveness.According to the proficiency testing instructions provided by the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine and the national standard Food Microbiology Inspection Staphylococcus aureus Inspection(GB 4789.10-2016),two samples of proficiency testing were qualitatively tested for Staphylococcus aureus.One samples was found to have no hemolysis on the blood agar plates.And the Quantitative Real-time PCR method was used as an auxiliary,and 20-P 282 strain was not detect Staphylococcus aureus,20-Q 642 strain was detect Staphylococcus aureus.The results of this proficiency test are satisfy.In the detection of specifical colonies,the national standard method can be used together with the real-time PCR(the molecular biology detection method)to ensure the accuracy of experimental results and reduce the possibility of missed detection.
