摘要
为确保实验室分析结果的准确性,减少实验室检测误差,本文对直接测汞仪法测定土壤样品中总汞含量的不确定度进行了评定,分析了直接测汞仪法测定土壤中总汞含量的不确定度来源,结果显示,该方法中使用校准曲线求土壤样品中汞含量时贡献的不确定度最大。该方法所用校准曲线为非线性,采用乘幂线性化法计算其不确定度过程复杂,难度较大,对化学分析实验室中利用非线性校准曲线求样品中目标浓度含量时的不确定度评定有一定的指导意义。
In order to ensure the accuracy of laboratory analysis results and reduce laboratory detection errors,this paper evaluated the uncertainty in determination of total mercury in soil by Direct Mercury Analyzer and analyzed the source of the uncertainty.The results showed that the calibration curve contributed the most uncertainty to the determination of mercury content in soil samples.Instead of using the complicated power linearization method,the non-linear calibration curve was used in this method to calculate the uncertainty,which is of significance for the uncertainty evaluation of the target concentration content in the sample.
