摘要
本文对2018—2020年自防城口岸进口的来自21个进口国和地区的401批次铜精矿中计价元素、杂质元素和有害元素含量进行了统计学描述、Bootstrap估计、散点图和直方图分析、聚类分析等统计分析。分析结果表明,计价元素银的波动较大;杂质、有害元素中砷和氟超标的风险高于镉、铅、汞,其中铅超标的风险最低;风险高的国家和地区比较固定,主要是秘鲁、智利、墨西哥、西班牙等国家和地区;还应关注混矿有害元素超标的风险。最后,本文结合分析结果给出了初步的风险建议。
In this paper,the contents of valuation elements,impurity elements and harmful elements in 401 batches of imported copper concentrates from China from 2018 to 2020 from 21 importing countries and regions were statistically described,and analyzed with Bootstrap estimation,scatter diagram and histogram analysis,cluster analysis and other statistical methods.The analysis results showed that the valuation element of silver fluctuated greatly.The risk of excessive arsenic and fluorine in impurities and harmful elements is higher than that of cadmium,lead and mercury,and the risk of excessive lead is the lowest.The high risk countries(regions)are relatively fixed,mainly Peru,Chile,Mexico,Spain and other countries and regions.In addition,we should pay attention to the risk of excessive harmful elements in the mixed ore.Finally,preliminary risk suggestions are given based on the analysis results.
