摘要 目的分析草铵膦处理对茶树生长及品质成分的影响。方法选取成龄黄棪茶树,使用草铵膦对茶树叶片进行低于(0.6 g/L)、等于(1.4 g/L)和高于(2.4 g/L)推荐施药浓度的3组喷施处理。对实验处理后的茶树生长状况进行定期观察,并采用超高效液相色谱串联-三重四极杆质谱联用仪(ultraperformanceliquid chromatography tandem-triple quadrupole mass spectrometer,UPLC-MS/MS)和超高效液相色谱串联-飞行时间质谱联用仪(ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem-time of flight mass spectrometer,UPLC-TOF-MS)测定经质量浓度为1.4g/L的草铵膦处理后的茶树嫩叶农药残留含量和32种品质成分含量。结果茶树叶片在喷施不同浓度草铵膦后的具体药害表现为干枯、皱缩和脱落。叶片在第1 d对草铵膦的吸收量达到最大,而后草铵膦又逐渐降解。32种品质成分的定量结果显示,在推荐施药浓度(1.4g/L)的草铵膦处理后,共有28种组分的含量变化显著(P<0.05)。结论 0.6~2.4 g/L的草铵膦溶液直接喷施茶树叶片后,会造成茶树的生长抑制,同时伴随茶叶品质成分的显著变化。 Objective To analyze the effects of glufosinate treatment on the growth and quality components of tea.Methods Three groups of spraying treatments with glufosinate were applied to the leaves of C.sinensis ‘Huangdan’,which were lower(0.6 g/L),equal(1.4 g/L) and higher(2.4 g/L) than the recommended concentration.The growth status of tea plants after experimental treatments were observed regularly,the glufosinate residues and 32 kinds of quality components in tea leaves treated with 1.4 g/L glufosinate were determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem-triple quadrupole mass spectrometer(UPLC-MS/MS) and ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem-time of flight mass spectrometer(UPLC-TOF-MS) respectively.Results The specific damages of tea leaves after spraying different concentrations of glufosinate showed drying,shrinkage and abscission.The absorption of glufosinate reached the maximum at the first day,and then glufosinate was degraded gradually.The quantitative results of 32 kinds of quality components showed that the content of 28 kinds of components changed significantly after the treatment of glufosinate with the recommended concentration 1.4 g/L(P<0.05).Conclusion The direct spraying of 0.6-2.4 g/L glufosinate solution on tea leaves will cause the growth inhibition of tea trees,accompanied by the significant changes of tea quality components.
