苦参凝胶联合硝呋太尔制霉阴道软胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床研究

Clinical study of sophora flavescens gel combined with nitrofurtail vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of fungal vaginitis

目的:探讨苦参凝胶联合硝呋太尔制霉阴道软胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果。方法:选择2017年4月—2019年3月本院收治的霉菌性阴道炎患者92例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分成两组,对照组(46例)以及观察组(46例)。对照组睡前在阴道后弯隆处放入硝呋太尔制霉阴道软胶囊1粒/次,1次/d;观察组在对照组基础上于睡前在阴道深处放入苦参凝胶,1支/次,1次/d。两组均连用6 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,并进行3个月的随访。比较两组临床指标[白带分泌恢复正常用时、外阴瘙痒消失用时、阴道疼痛消失用时和黏膜充血消失用时]、治疗期间不良反应发生率及随访期间复发率。结果:观察组白带分泌恢复正常用时、外阴瘙痒消失用时、阴道疼痛消失用时和黏膜充血消失用时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组复发率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦参凝胶联合硝呋太尔制霉阴道软胶囊治疗可有效改善霉菌性阴道炎患者临床症状,降低复发率,且不会明显增加不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of sophora flavescens gel combined with nitrofurtail vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of fungal vaginitis.Methods:92 patients with fungal vaginitis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the randomized digital table method they were divided into two groups,the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(46 cases).In the control group,nitrofurtail vaginal soft capsule was placed at the posterior curvature of the vagina before going to bed,one capsule/time,once a day.On the basis of the control group,the observation group were treated with sophora flavescens gel in the deep vagina,one stick/time,once a day.Both groups were treated for six days as a course of treatment,and the patients were treated for two sessions and followed up for three months.The clinical indexes[leucorrhea secretion,disappearance of vulva itching,loss of vaginal pain,loss of mucosal congestion],the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,and the recurrence rate during follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:The time for the recovery of leucorrhea secretion,the disappearance of vulva itching,vaginal pain,and mucosal congestion in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate to the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sophora flavescens gel combined with nitrofurtail vaginal soft capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of fungal vaginitis,reduce the recurrence rate,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
