瓜子金及其提取物改善阿尔兹海默症的研究进展

阿尔茨海默病(AD)因其发病机理复杂且缓慢,起病隐匿,随着人口老龄化日益突出,患病人数也不断扩增,使得AD已成为目前亟待解决的重要医疗卫生问题之一。瓜子金为远志科远志属植物,早在《本草纲目》中就有记载,具有祛痰止咳,活血消肿,解毒止痛,通关利血之效。目前,临床多用于治疗支气管炎、上呼吸道感染等,其抗炎平喘化痰效果显著。通过现代药理学研究发现,瓜子金对中枢神经系统具有较强的保护作用,主要可通过保护神经元、促神经元细胞分化、抗神经炎症、抗氧化应激、抗抑郁、影响脂代谢、改善脑血流量等多途径,对神经系统产生广泛的药理作用,其中瓜子金因其本身所具有的较强的抗氧化、抗炎特性,因此,在阿尔兹海默症前期的预防及治疗中,瓜子金具有较好的研究价值与发展前景。本文综述了瓜子金通过多通路多靶点治疗阿尔兹海默症的作用机制和研究进展,为神经退行性疾病多靶点、多组合的诊断治疗提供参考。

The pathogenesis of alzheimer's disease is complex,with insidious onset and slow development.With the continuous expansion of the sick population,it has become one of the major medical and health problems in today's society,and it is urgent to find an effective treatment for AD.In recent years,the development of anti-ad drugs has failed One after another.Let us consider whether we should focus on multiple combination and multiple targets in the diagnosis and treatment of AD.Looking for multiple combinations of the program,one drug multi-purpose,multi-drug treatment,multi-target joint treatment.Polygala japonica Houtt is a genus of polygalaceae.It is recorded in the compendium of materia medica.It has the functions of removing phlegm and relieving cough,promoting blood circulation and reducing swelling,detoxifying and relieving pain,and clearing customs and benefiting blood.At present,in the modern pharmacology aspect,the melon seed gold protects to the nerve,the anti-inflammation anti-oxidation anti-anxiety,improves the cholinergic system and so on direction have a lot of research and verification.This paper reviews the mechanism of action of it in the treatment of alzheimer's disease from two perspectives of traditional Chinese and western medicine.It is expected that melanogaster seed gold will be helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases with multiple targets and multiple combinations in the future.
