摘要
目的建立同时测定金银花中药材及其水浸泡液中铅、镉、铬、镍、铜、砷6种重金属含量的方法,研究金银花水浸泡液的重金属浸出量及对人体的健康风险评估。方法采用微波消解法进行前处理,以钪(Sc)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)三种元素作为内标物,电感耦合等离子体质谱法对5批金银花样品及其水浸泡液中6种重金属含量进行测定,并对金银花水浸泡液对人的健康风险进行评估。结果测定方法经方法学验证均符合要求,金银花水浸泡液中6种重金属的含量远低于我国《生活饮用水卫生标准》中规定:铅<0.01 mg·L^(-1)、镉<0.005 mg·L^(-1)、铬(六价)<0.05 mg·L^(-1)、镍<0.02 mg·L^(-1)、铜<1.0 mg·L^(-1)、砷<0.01 mg·L^(-1),并且其水浸泡液的目标危害系数均小于1。结论该方法可准确快速地同时测量金银花及其水浸泡液中多种重金属元素含量,同时可准确评估金银花水浸泡液对人体的健康风险,该方法为金银花的质量控制提供了参考。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 6 heavy metals including Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni,Cu and As in Lonicera Japonicae Flos and its water soaking solution,and to study the amount of heavy metals leaching out of Lonicera Japonicae Flos water soaking solution and the assessment of human health risks.Methods Microwave digestion method was used for pre-treatment.Sc,In and Bi were used as the internal standards.The contents of 6 heavy metals in Lonicera Japonicae Flos and the water soaking solution were determined by ICP-MS to evaluate the health risks.Results The method was verified by methodology and met the requirements.The contents of six heavy metals in the honeysuckle water soaking solution were far below the limits in China's“standard for drinking water quality”:Pb<0.01 mg·L^(-1),Cd<0.005 mg·L^(-1),Cr(Ⅵ)<0.05 mg·L^(-1),Ni<0.02 mg·L^(-1),Cu<1.0 mg·L^(-1),As<0.01 mg·L^(-1).And the Target Hazard Quotients(THQ)of the water soaking solution were all less than 1.Conclusion The method can accurately and quickly measure the content of multiple heavy metal elements in honeysuckle and its water soaking solution.This method provides a reference for the quality control of honeysuckle.
