论抗战时期沂蒙精神的生成环境与社会基础

On the Generating Situation and Social Foundation of Yimeng Spirit in the Anti-Japanese War Period

全面抗战爆发后,日军侵入山东。敌寇残暴,韩复集溃逃,山东地面秩序混乱,人民生活苦难。危急时刻,中国共产党领导抗日武装起义,创建以沂蒙山区为腹地的山东根据地。他们不断与敌人作战,保障人民利益,构成了沂蒙精神生成的政治基础。广大人民群众真心真意参军参政、支援前线,构成了沂蒙精神生成的群众基础。在险恶的斗争环境下,在亲密不分的军民关系中,“水乳交融、生死与共”的沂蒙精神正式形成。沂蒙精神的生成环境和社会基础说明:沂蒙精神具有双重主体性,一方是中国共产党及其领导的人民军队,为人民谋福利谋解放,拥政爱民;一方是人民群众以及民主政府,拥护共产党,支持人民军队。

After the outbreak of the all-out war of resistance against Japan,the Japanese aggressors invaded the land of Shandong.The brutality of the aggressors,the flight of the Kuomintang army led by Han Fuju,and the disorder in Shandong led the people in abyss of bitterness.At the critical moment,the CPC staged the armed uprising to fight against the Japanese invaders and established the Shandong base with the Yimeng mountain area as the heart land.They persevered in fighting against the enemy to protect the interests of the people,as constitutes the political basis for the Yimeng spirit.The masses sincerely joined the Party's army,managed the political affairs and supported the front,forming the mass basis for the Yimeng spirit.In the treacherous situation,it is the flesh-and-blood relationship between the Party's troops and the civilians that generates the Yimeng spirit.All indicate that the spirit has dual subjectivity.One is the Communist Party of China and its armed forces pursuing the benefits and liberation for the people and the other is the masses and the democratic government supporting the CPC and its armed forces.
