摘要
党史学习教育极为重要,但入脑入心难也是一直存在的痼疾。特别是如何解决“我要学”,也就是调动学习积极性的问题,成为影响学习成效丝关键。本文围绕党史学习教育互动式系列课程“我们走过的路”,探讨问题式牵引,自主学习+研究交流的党史学习创新方法。这一方法还结合了《2018-2022年全国干部教育培训规划》中提出的“翻转课堂”“行动学习”等方法的探索,是干部教育和党员教育的有益尝试。希望引发更多对干部教育培训规律的认识,实现干部教育培训理论与实践创新的突破。
The study ofthe Party's history is very important,but it is always a pain to learn it by heart.How to solve the problem of"I want to learn",that is,how to mobilize the enthusiasm of learners,has become a key problem.This text tries to focus on The Road We have Covered,a series of interactive courses on the study of the Party's history,to discuss problem-oriented methods of independent study and interactive research.Together with the flipped classroom,action learning and other methods proposed in the 2018-2022 National Cadre Education and Training Plan, it is a good attempt for the cadres and the Party members to receive education.And I hope it can help more people to find the law of the cadre education to achieve a breakthrough in its theory and practice.
