免费定向医学生的人才培养是国家实施健康中国战略的重要力量,所以培养高质量的免费定向医学生就显得尤为重要。高的职业认同感不仅可以坚定免费定向医学生的职业信心,还可以大幅提高免费定向医学生的学习兴趣。实践不仅是高校开展大学生思想政治教育,提高学生社会责任感的重要途径,通过合理设计的实践活动也可以大幅提升免费定向医学生职业认同感。本文围绕"如何提升免费定向医学生职业认同感"这一重要教育问题,以实践为载体,探究实践的育人功能,期望最终通过多种途径的实践提升免费定向医学生的职业认同感。

The talent training of free demand-oriented medical students is an important force for the implementation of the Healthy China strategy. Therefore, it is particularly important to cultivate high quality the free demand-oriented medical students. A high sense of professional identity can not only strengthen the professional confidence of the free demand-oriented medical students, but also greatly improve their interest in learning. Practice is not only an important way for colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political education, to improve the sense of social responsibility, but also can greatly enhance the professional identity of free demand-oriented medical students through reasonably designed practice.This paper focuses on the important educational issue of "how to improve the professional identity of free demand-oriented medical students". We explore the educational function of practice by taking practice as the carrier, and hoping to eventually improve the professional identity of free demand-oriented medical students through practice in various ways.
