从接受美学来看《三国演义》罗慕士译本中的官职翻译

On the Official Translation in Moss Roberts’ Version of "the Romance of the Three Kingdoms" from the Perspective of Reception Aesthetics

《三国演义》中的官职名称种类繁多、内涵丰富,这是翻译工作的一大挑战。本文将从接受美学的角度来研究罗慕士译本的官职翻译。研究发现罗慕士译本立足于读者群体的期待视野,选词通俗易懂,依据两种文化的差异程度来灵活选取翻译策略,从而促进了视野融合,激发了召唤结构,不断提升读者的阅读体验和作品的艺术价值。

In "the Romance of the Three Kingdoms", there are many kinds of official titles with rich connotations,which is a great challenge for translation. This paper will study the official translation of Moss Roberts’ version from the perspective of reception aesthetics. It is found that Moss Roberts’ translation is based on the readers’ horizon of expectation, the choice of words is easy to understand, and the flexible choice of translation strategies is based on the degree of differences between the two cultures, which promotes the fusion of horizons, stimulates the calling structure,and constantly improves the readers’ reading experience and the artistic value of the work.
