摘要
目的:提出医学创新技术概念验证体系框架。方法:对概念验证进行系统剖析,结合医学科技成果转移转化特征,基于投入-产出视角,构建医学创新技术概念验证体系框架。结果:提出对于医学领域的概念验证,在充分考虑其产业化价值的基础上,需兼顾公益性的特点。结论:建议搭建医企线上开放式创新平台,为概念验证提供稳定的技术入口和出口,同时,政策支撑对于验证后的医学创新技术最终产业化是不 可或 缺的。
Objective To put forward the framework for a proof-of-concept system for medical innovation technology.Methods Started from systematically analyzing the proof of concept,combined with the characteristics of transfer and transformation of medical science and technology achievements,and based on input-output perspective,the framework of proof of concept of medical innovation technology was constructed.Results The proof of concept in medical field should take into account the characteristics of public welfare on the basis of fully considering its commercial value.Conclusion It is suggested to construct an online open innovation platform for medical enterprises for providing a stable technology entrance and export for proof of concept.At the same time,policy support is indispensable for the final industralization of validated medical innovation technologies.
