摘要
目的:探讨自我控制在负面评价恐惧和职校学生手机成瘾水平之间的中介作用机制。方法:采用负面评价恐惧量表(FNE)、自我控制量表(SCS)和手机成瘾指数量表(MPAI)对749名职校学生进行调查。结果:负面评价恐惧、自我控制与手机成瘾水平之间均存在显著相关;负面评价恐惧直接正向预测手机成瘾(β=0.68,95%置信区间为[0.58,0.77]),自我控制在负面评价恐惧与手机成瘾之间起着部分中介作用,自我控制的中介效应量为36.2%。结论:负面评价恐惧既可以直接影响职校学生手机成瘾,也会通过降低自我控制水平间接影响手机成瘾水平,自我控制作为保护因素发挥积极作用。
Objective To explore the mediating mechanism of self-control between negative evaluation fear and mobile phone addiction of vocational school students.Methods 749 vocational school students were investigated by scales of FNE,SCS and MPAI.Results There was a significant correlation among negative evaluation fear,self-control and mobile phone addiction.Negative evaluation fear can directly and positively predict mobile phone addiction.Self control plays a mediating role between negative evaluation fear and mobile phone addiction,the mediating effect of self-control is 36.2%.Conclusion Fear of negative evaluation can not only directly affect the mobile phone addiction of vocational school students,but also indirectly affect the level of mobile phone addiction by reducing the level of self-control.At the same time,self-control plays a positive role as a protective factor.
