The introduction of the“Interim measures for administration of safety assessment before initial operation of urban rail transit”and“Technical specifications for safety assessment before initial operation of urban rail transit,Part 1:Metro and light rail”has brought important changes to the organization and implementation of safety assessment before the initial operation of urban rail transit,and also put forward more strict and detailed requirements for construction units and operation units.This paper discusses the organization and planning of safety assessment before the initial operation of urban rail transit,which will help relevant units to better compare and strictly implement the norms.
