通过生产制造执行系统(MES)与整体集成物流管理系统(TIMMS)、数据采集与监视系统(SCADA)、企业资源管理软件(ERP)、过程分析系统(PAT)、实验室管理系统(LIMS)、分布式控制系统(DCS)、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)、数据挖掘知识管理系统(PKS)等系统的集成,建立以质量管控数据流为基础、以网络互联为支撑的中药流程制造智能工厂,同时促进制造、研发、管理、供销、业务等关键环节的交互集成,实现智能管控,培育中药流程智能制造新模式。

Through the implementation of MES system,the integration of MES with Timms,SCADA,ERP,pat,LIMS,DCS,PLC,PKS and other systems is realized,an intelligent factory for traditional Chinese medicine process manufacturing based on quality control data flow and supported by network interconnection is established,and the interactive integration of key links such as manufacturing,R&D,management,supply and marketing and business is promoted to realize intelligent control,cultivating a new mode of intelligent manufacturing of traditional Chinese medicine process.
