荧光微球校准卡的制备及应用

摘要 目的:制备一种适用于荧光POCT仪器光路校准的荧光微球校准卡。方法:通过偶联羧基荧光素和氨基聚苯乙烯微球制备荧光微球校准卡,在荧光POCT仪器上进行光路校准应用。结果:制备的荧光微球校准卡精密度CV<4%,测值重复性CV<10%,具备较好的检测性能;在避光、常温和干燥的环境中,保存期限≥1年;应用在荧光POCT仪器光路校准的相对偏差<4%,满足校准要求。结论:制备了一种稳定性好、时效性长、便携的荧光微球校准卡。 To prepare a fluorescence microsphere calibration card suitable for optical path calibration of fluorescence POCT instrument.Methods:The calibration card of fluorescence microsphere was prepared by coupling carboxycellulose and amino polystyrene for precision.Results:The fluorescent microsphere calibration card precision is CV<4%and repeated CV<10%,with good detection performance;suitable for preservation in light avoidance,normal temperature and dry environment and≥1 year;the relative deviation of optical path calibration of fluorescent POCT instrument<4%,meeting the calibration requirements.Conclusion:It prepared a good stability,long timeliness and portable accurate,simple and fast calibration of fluorescent POCT instrument.
