Research on Limit Standards of Radionuclides in Food

本文通过对我国现有放射性核素监管体系现状的分析,同时对比分析我国与国外标准有关食品中放射性核素的限量值,旨在为食品中放射性核素限量标准中放射性核素种类、限制浓度值、食品类别进行评述并提供修改建议。

The current status of my country’s current radionuclide regulatory system was analyzesand in this article.At the same time,the limit values of radionuclides in foods related to Chinese and foreign standards were aslo compared and analyzed.This article aims to review the types of radionuclides,limit concentration values,and food types in the radionuclide limit standards in foods and provide suggestions for revisions.
